Important Information

Weather
East Africa is generally warm during the day so some light clothing is advised. Carry a jacket or sweater to ward off the chill in the evenings, and in the exhibition halls, which may be air conditioned.

VISAs
Participants are advised to obtain their VISA's for each participating country at the Embassy/Consulate in their respective countries at least fourteen days before travel to East Africa. EdExpo Kenya and their partners will provide invitation and VISA support letters to assist with the VISA application process.
